These next three are slightly wider; the previous trailers are 4 tiles wide, these will be 6 tiles wide.
This trailer is a one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished home on a 3x3 lot (plenty of room to expand!) It is completely furnished and playable and runs 19,507 Simoleons.
Included, all Maxis recolors by me:
A blue dining chair
A new card table with a blue "marble" top
A new cheap stove and fridge texture
4 new paintings
A new cheap shower texture to match the bathroom wall
5 new walls and 4 new floors
New futon using (with permission) the Motility fabric from MelinaMade
