Sometimes I want a "starter" lot for under §20k that's larger than 2x2 or 3x2. Today I set out to build one on a 3x3 lot.

It's partly furnished; usually I delete the furniture in starter houses anyway. But this has all furniture necessary for a single sim or a small family, including kitchen and bath.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one driveway with space for a second driveway and lots of space to expand. Lot size is 3x3. It's a one-story house and a level lot because I find them easier to play.

No hacks, no custom content (scanned with Clean Installer). Made with Pets installed. Cost is §19,901.
