So named because of the amount of building techniques used in creating this house! Only my second house upload, so be nice but probably one of the best houses I have ever built. This large, tropical style house is suitable for a family, and there is room to add pet dishes and such for pets. The rooms are easily redecorated and refurnished to accommodate larger families.

Stats

Cost: $311,280 The house is completely and richly decorated, which has brought the cost up.
3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one furnished as if for a child.
3 bathrooms, two of them very close to bedrooms.
6 x 6 lot
Pets required

Features

Fully furnished and decorated, including a car - if there is demand I will post an unfurnished version.
Fully landscaped in a tropical setting with sand
Burglar and fire alarms where needed, and sprinklers over stoves
Phone on every floor
Hillside building (thanks to MikeInside for the tutorial )
Water/lake surrounding the house
Arched bridge to house
Garage
Only two pieces of custom content
Loft room with small study/library and an empty area - decorate as a playroom if you wish
Skylights (cheers to CycloneSue at The Sims Resource for her tutorial )
"Roof" garden - it isn't actually on the roof - with hot tub
Mailbox by front door

Notes

1. Because of the techniques used in building the house into the hill, you get some rather strange views when zoomed in on the bottom floors. It doesn't affect gameplay at all and only appears on two walls.
2. The skylights are actually part of a "dummy" level between the loft and the roof. The glass in them is jennihaze's glass floor No. 1, "Natural". You cannot select, place anything on or change the skylights. Do not change the height of the building either, or the skylights will remain where they are and not go along with the rest of the building :D
3. Because of the double-floor windows, some floor tiles cannot be placed on the second floor (and some on the fourth). I put balustrades around them to stop the "hole in the floor" look.

Scanned with CleanInstaller. Hack-free. If for some reason the driveway doesn't show up, then you can get it from the link above.
