I build a lot of houses but this is the first I've shared! I uploaded the first version of this onto the exchange (my name on the Sims Official Website is Snuffleufogus87) but this is a new and improved version.
This lot chiefly exploits the ability to build in mountains and interesting architecture (I hope! lol). I have included two versions of the house, furnished and unfurnished, in case you want to furnish it yourself the versions are the same in every other respect though.
The two little "extra" buildings are intended to be a child's room and an extra bathroom (this house was built for two parents and their child). In my furnished version they are furnished as such, although they can be anything, a games room and a skills-building room, perhaps??
Lot size: 5x5
Lot type: Residential
Price: $62,584 (Unfurnished), $145,159 (Furnished)
Features: Swimming pool, outdoor areas, balcony, wall & floor coverings, water and landscaping.
Furnished: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living/dining area, all lights and alarms in every room.
University required, sorry!
Screenshots:
Two views from the front (roof up), shows swimming pool, bridge and outdoor areas.
Two floor plans: Top floor and lower floor (see note for explanation of the bridge).
Note 1: Yes I know the inside walls & outside walls are "painted" the same. This is not because I am lazy, it's because it's a stone building, and wallpaper would spoil the "rustic" style of the rest. I have put carpets in though. :D
Note 2: The bridge was created using foundations, so the bit of the bridge the Sims walk on is actually the floor up one from the ground, if you see what I mean. If you can't see the bridge go up a floor.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
