Description:

A lovely plum purple and white starter home, with exterior windows, doors and railings in black. The house comes complete with two unfurnished double bedrooms, one furnished bathroom (includes bath/shower combo, expensive toilet and sink), a furnished kitchen (oven, sink, counters, islands, fridge, smoke alarm and bar stools included), and a partially furnished open plan living area (sofa, coffee table, TV, stereo, dining table and chairs included). The living area has plenty of free space to fill too. I’ve also included a wall phone and burglar alarm.

There's a swimming pool at the back of the house (diving board and pool ladder included), and there’s plenty of room for a hot tub to be added later.

A driveway is also included.

I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.

The lot is totally hack free!
