Description:

A lovely green and white starter home, for your environmentally friendly Sims. The house comes complete with two unfurnished double bedrooms, one furnished bathroom (includes bath/shower combo, expensive toilet, sink and mirror), a furnished kitchen (oven, smoke alarm, sink, counters, fridge, dining table and chairs) and a partially furnished open plan living area (sofa, coffee table, TV, stereo, included). There's also a wall phone and a burglar alarm.

At the back of the house there's a swimmining pool (diving board, pool ladder and lights included), and I've also left plenty of room for you to add a hot tub once your Sims have built up some Simoleons in the bank.

There's also a driveway at the front of the house (hard to miss it in the photos!).

I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.

The lot is totally hack free!
