Rose Cottage

Hey there, I did this lot as a request for somebody on TheSims2.com and thought I'd put it up here to since I'm pretty proud of it.

It's a family home and reflects that, the decoration isn't to everybody's taste but I have no doubt that with a bit of love and affection the right Sim could make it a dream come true.

There are four decent sized bedrooms, three doubles and one single.

Three bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs.

There is a kitchen/diner which was once two seperate rooms but has been knocked down into one large family room, complete with sofa, TV, dining table. The kitchen is large and comes with all amenities. (Garbage Disposal and Dishwasher)

There is a large, slightly dated formal living-room, which was barely used by the previous owners as they prefurred the dining/family.

There is a large downstairs bathroom accessable from the Kitchen and Living-room. And a nice-sized hall, and though it's not currently very interesting could be used as a lovely reception room.

The landing upstairs is large and the previous owners seemed to use this as another family gathering area. This leads off to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom is easily the largest room and is opposite the box bathroom on the otherside of the landing.

The two other double rooms share another large bathroom which is aslo accessed from the landing.

There is also a single bedroom.


The back garden has a barbeque area and a large seating area for the whole family and guests. Also there is a large lawn that is full of potential.

Ther front garden has a lovely porch and patio, and the lawn could easily be transformed into a drive-way for those sims who are sick of the car-pool.

This house has been play-tested for two generations and although slightly re-decorated I find it works well. Runs smoothly also, and for it to run on my computer it must be okay because my CPU is ancient. Lol.

The house costs just under 150,000.
