The tenth home in the series, and the last from 2007, the Hardy. A 3-bedroom home with a country feel, suitable for an average family, with a greenhouse in the garden.



Since I have no more real-life homes I can accurately remember, from now I will just use houseplans or a home created in the past.
Because of New Year's, it is quite busy around here so this is only unfurnished.

This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and contains no custom content at all. However the Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo is included in the rar as it is best used in this house.
The car is the 2006 Audi A6 by Fresh-Prince.

As the "OpenMe Wide" windows are used in this house, I recommend you download Marylou's fix to allow sunlight in, another glitch Maxis/EA aren't bothered to fix. It can be found here.
