Do you have space downtown for a small lot that needs filling? Well check out this small space filled with a traditional home for your family sims. Oh yes, it is maxis only ( I did it!) and roomy enough for 6 to 8 sims. If this is what you are looking for, then sit this puppy down in your downtown neighborhood and watch your sims dreams come true! Oh okay, it's not all that hot, but it is all maxis, yeah!
