This is a popular (probably because it is one of two in town) restaurant in one of my hoods, now available for franchising! The decor screams "ow! my eyes!" and it is perpetually understaffed. If you have it in your game, have your host/ess wear the penguin suit, that is the restaurants official mascot, Flappy the Penguin. (hehe) It's cute on the waitstaff too.
