The inspiration for this lot (as well as the name) comes from
OSKA Architects
I was looking for something modern in design that had the potential to be built as a starter. Initally, when I completed building, the lot came
in at around $18,000. After extensive play testing, the price has been
reduced to a mere $13,000-ish.

Description-
This lot is for people who think outside the box, but enjoy living inside of
one. The house was built on a 2x3 lot. It costs a little more than $13,000.

Made with UNI, NL, OFB, Pets and Seasons expansion packs installed
and requires them all to work properly.

This lot is unfurnished.




The ground floor features a full bathroom with a built in shower area (you
must add the shower), a few trees for shade and a pond with some lovely
aquatic flora. There's plenty of space for your garden/orchard or some
modest expansion of the living quarters.

The 2nd floor features a Master Bedroom a front and rear deck.

The 3rd floor features an open living/dining/kitchen plan and a rear deck.

Both 2nd and 3rd floors have plenty of windows to let in that all important
natural light.

This lot has been play-tested for one year (through all four seasons, that
is) to make it even cheaper for you. OK that's a lie. I got so caught up in
playing with it, I forgot that I built it specifically for upload. So your sims
benefit. A little side note, I removed the fireplaces, but left the exterior
surround walls- feel free to delete them and get back some of your hard
earned simoleans, as they serve only to hide ugly brick chimneys. Due to
the limited amount of interior space, it's probably not a good idea to
install fireplaces in this lot without Carrigon's Forever Burn Fireplace
hack. To get the hack, you must be registered at Dinnerbell

This house has been scanned with Clean Installer and is HACK FREE!
