This beautiful new Rowhouse just came on the market and it's perfect for the Hip Young Urban Couple or the Hip Young Urban Small Family or even the Hip Young At Heart Urban Elderly Couple. Featuring underground working garage with sloped driveway and fake back alley (lose drive in/out animation). No space between you and your neighbour so place several right beside each other for full rowhouse effect.
