Small starter house with fenced-in garden and pool, furnished for 1-2 sims with two spare rooms. Prepared for NL with room for a driveway next to the house.
1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x study/hobby room
2 x spare room (empty)
All basics included plus a TV, a stove, an exercise machine, a coffee machine and a mirror. I'm not sure if there's a burglar alarm though.
