Description:
Small starter house with garden, sparsely furnished for 1-2 sims, with two spare rooms/bedrooms. Covered front porch, terrace in the garden, room for a driveway next to the house.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
2 x spare room (empty)

All basics included, no extras.

Playtested in Base+Pets, the double bed underneath the roof slope works. If you put objects underneath the slope in the upstairs hallway or the small room, you need to test whether sims can use them, it may be that not everything works there (I think it depends on which tiles of the object an animation is using). A dresser in the hallways works, for example (see screenshot).
