While I built this lot, I had the EPs Pets and OFB. So you MUST have those Expansion Packs in order for this lot to work.

EDIT: By the way, the house name 'Penglas' is welsh for 'House on top of the field' o.o Or atleast this house name generator said it was

I really love the floorplan and the roofing of this house, despite its size. I roofed it myself, even though this is a very miniscule house. The interior could use some touching up, but hey you're GOING to get a job aren't you? You'll be able to fix that up in an hour or so of game play.

The mail box and garbage can aren't in their normal positions. I used the cheat "moveobjects on/off" to place them where I wanted to. I like where the mailbox is placed, but of course there is a downside. All of the carpools will show up on your sidewalk instead of the street. To fix this, just use the "move objects on/off" cheat to place them beside the street. The garage can is placed on the side of the house to avoid tackiness, and because I like it there. 8D
