This is my fourth creation - I've decided to make another starter home - but this time on two floors. As usual, I like to start from a basic 8x8 box, then extend from there. I have to admit that this house has been the toughest yet for me to keep under 20k - that second floor really makes it difficult

It's fully furnished and suitable for a single sim, a couple, or even parent/s and a child (it has two bedrooms). The lot has two bathrooms - one downstairs toilet, and one upstairs full bathroom. There is a spare room upstairs, and the outside has room for a driveway. There is some basic landscaping.
