Hi there! Here I am with a little shop for this hot summer, The Surfing and Skating Shop, where you can find also some lovely souvenirs.
Nice, little and attractive for a lot of sim-people, night and day.


The clothes which come with H-and-M are decorative objects, as you know they are not really done for choosing something to wear and buy, but they look good in this shop.

Cleaned and tested.

If your sims will buy the lot for their own business, they'll have to spend 54400 simoleons.

Nothing more to say about it, just have to try and enjoy it.
It was possible just because some brillant meshers created gorgeous surf tables and because they have a wonderful sharing policy.
