A modern house built thinking to sims who love fun time and parties.
The Blue Rose is the right place for a single or a couple, as per my tradition.
1st floor: kitchen, living, studio and bath.
2nd floor: bedroom, hobby room with a open view on the 1st floor and access to the balcony, where to practice fitness or stargaze.

Lovely pool and blue rose bushes decorate the outdoor.
Alarms in discrete points, gates which can be blocked to avoid animals and sims in the wrong place and in the wrong moment.



Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot)

As far as my recolors they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTES about recolors by me
walls, floors and echo rug recolors are included in the lot file, while paintings and other recolors are in the additional .rar file
They basically are my China Blue set that you can find here, where you can pick them without the lot.
Obviously these recolors are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but I suggest to take them for keeping the same result. In this case, please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.

NOTES about building cheats:
I used *moveobject* while landscaping so I suggest a good mod for having a perfect garden, like this one by twojeff, inspired by Inge Jones

In this way your gardner, if you still will have one, wont get mad when can’t access to a shrub or flowers.
I also used *45degress* so it’s possible that the sims can’t use the recliner, if this really annoy you, it's easy to simply move it back to the normal way.
