Modern and classy corner house

I thought I'd give my self a challenge and build half a house on the diagonal-LOL. I always thought a house that utilized the corner lot to its full extent would be fun to build. This house comes furnished mostly with Maxis items, but I bet with some custom content it could be amazing!

It's a spacious 3Bdr, 2 1/2 bath, with 2 car garage and double entry doors to the master Bedroom which is complimented by a huge walk in closet/dressing room and Master bathroom. The foyer is the perfect place to greet all your guests and hang their coats. Beautiful open kitchen includes an island eating counter and desk to pay the bills. Ready for a party with a small pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill! With flower gardens surrounded by authentic brick walkways, how could your snobbiest sims refuse this one?

I havent uploaded any homes here really, but as much as I love to build them, I will prolly be uploading more. My biggest challenge is trying to use only Maxis items to keep it easy to upload here. Enjoy, and I'd love to see pics of this furnished with glamourous objects and build recolors!
