10281 Venice Way - Sand Isle series no. 1

Hello everyone,

Lately I've gotten into the whole beach design for my custom neighborhood, and since I have a lot of sims just now graduating college, I needed a lot of starter homes. What do you get when you combine beach design and starters? The Sand Isle series. This series, named for the business district of my main neighborhood (main neighborhood: Dove Island. Business district: Sand Isle), is a bunch of homes I've built for the Isle. They will be predominantly starter homes, with a few deluxe homes thrown in the mix. I hope you'll enjoy them
Please do not upload this lot anywhere! I don't appreciate or like people stealing my creations. As for compatibility, I have everything but I *think* I just used base game things. If someone could please test and let me know, that would be great.
