Hello! Here's my newest upload - a 3 bed, 2 bath craftsman-style house on a foundation with a one-car foundation positioned on a 3x2 lot.

Back in the 2060s, Craftsman style houses were big in Simville, and their charm and usefulness is still appreciated today. With bright, sunny rooms, an open floorplan, and plenty of space for the kiddos, this house is sure to please, especially with a pricetag of ยง33,750

Lot has been scanned with Clean Installer, is hack free, and is play-tested. A clone of it currently houses my Legacy family, so it works well for a 5-6 sim family.
