Today I bring you 10253 Thomas Court, the second home in the Sand Isle series. It's a family home, with three bedrooms and one bathroom, and can easily be expanded. It's in the Mediterranean style and has no custom content.
This house was a particular challenge for me because of the slope of the land. Thus, the palm trees in the backyard are only at the level of the roof of the entrance, and there's a cool added bonus - the house looks one-story from the street, but has a walk-out basement. I think it creates a really cool effect. Here's a picture--notice I left the grid on so you can see how it slopes...
As usual, please do not upload this house anywhere. Compatibility - I have all the packs, so I'm not sure about compatibility. However, I do know that it requries OFB. I love feedback, so please leave a comment and click the thanks button.
