Just on a small note I'd like to add something. I was looking at the pictures and realized that in the snapshot of the second floor it kind of looks like there's not access to the bathroom or the other side of the bed. The bathroom actually includes two doors. One of which you can't see very well in the photo. So the download is fully functional. The bathroom and both sides of the bed can easily be reached!
Hi everyone! This is my very first upload so hopefully I'm doing this right. This is the first home of a collection I'm working on called - what else? - "Tiny Terrace." Basically I'm making a collection of tiny homes that are small on price, big on style. So this could easily be any Sim's first home! Landscaping has been kept to a minimum in hopes to save money, but of course you can do whatever you'd like with it! I'd also like to add that this has been tested, and has been checked with clean installer, hack free!!!

I really wanted to include this picture as it shows the gorgeous recolor of the counters and the cool as heck Ladder Stairs!!! Note that when you download this file you will not get the recolor. The counters included with the download are Maxis colored! But I have included the link below in additional credits so that all who would like the recolors can get them!
I hope that you and your Sims enjoy this house! I only have a few conditions with downloading! Please do not upload this to any site, or claim as your own! Use it in your game as you like, that's what I made it for! Please do not claim any of the CC as your own and please do not upload without the permission of the creator! They work hard, they deserve the respect ;-D
