Hi all! This is the third home in my "Tiny Terrace" Collection! It's very small, but I think I made the most of the space. There's even a small "study" area downstairs off the garage. Has been tested and checked with clean installer, hack free! If you like this download please take a second to hit the thank you button so I know how many of these houses I should make!

CC INCLUDED:
Ladder with Custom Animation by Marvine
2x1 Lot by MaryLou

CC PICTURED BUT NOT INCLUDED:
Krampft Industries Value Counter Recolors by KiaraRawks

I've included this picture to show off the amazing counter recolors by KiaraRawks. Please note that these recolors are NOT included with this download. I've included a link under additional credits for all those who would like to add the recolors to their game.

I've also included this picture so everyone could catch a glimpse at the incredable Ladder Stairs made by the very talented Marvine!

The only thing I ask if you download any of my work is that you do not upload to any site, or claim as your own! Feel free to use it in your game however you would like! Also please ask the creators of the CC before uploading any of their work, thank you!
