This is the second home in my "Tiny Terrace" Collection! My goal is to make homes that are stylish but affordable enough for Sims just starting out! This lot has been tested and checked with clean installer, hack free!!! I've included this picture so you guys could check out the recolors of the kitchen counters and the amazing Ladder Stairs! Please note that this upload does not include the recolors for the Krampft Counters, but I have included a link under additional credits for all those who would like to add them to their game. They are a must have!!!

All I ask with my downloads is that you don't upload them to any sites or claim them as your own, use them in your game as you wish!
