Recreating London:Two terrace houses

This two family house comes from one of my attempts to create a real downtown in my game in the late months and I am very satisfied of the result, and the more close looking for a row street. So satisfied that I am moving now all my raised families from the main neighborhood to the downtown. All of them want to show their powerful position in a large and luxury house like this!



Description: Medium-small size lot. 105.000 simoleons. Unfurnished (furniture shown in pics are only to you can catch an idea of the area) Not tested this one, but played sooo far its "clones".

Note: I have ticked by caution in the compatibility the EPs and stuff packs that I have had installed when packed the lot, but I'm not sure that all of them are required to install it.


As many of the terrace houses of the Central London it holds 5 stories:
low ground (underground) floor:Kitchen/breakfast/family living/ bath/bedroom/small patio
raise ground (first) floor: study-library/bath/formal dining room
first floor: 2 reception rooms and 1 bath
second floor: 2 main bedrooms with 2 baths in suite
third floor: 4 bedrooms and 1 bath


If you like it, I could probably upload soon other houses same style that I have building in the last couple of months and that match perfectly with this one, but for only one family in.
