I'm not lately in the mood of creation since TS3 release, but just enjoying to play, usually with huge families made by myself in CAS. And, what is what I feel the more? The lack of starters for so many simpeople that I'm forcing and condamnating to live in a perpetual poverty, since I don't like very much to motherlode.

So I'm creating several type of starters for them, in the beginning made for my own, nothing specially bright but incredibly useful. These that are uploaded today have no CC. If you need also some family homes to start, try with it!

Here are two models, the bigger one as a result to expand the basic one. Furnished and slighty decorated. Outdoor walls in masonry and brick.

Built in a 20x25, placeable in any lot keeping its low value until lots prized 1.800. Livable and expandable in back to create larger or more bedrooms if needed.

3 bedrooms: master, 1 double, 1 single. 1 bath with tub, other with shower, computer, TV, audio, dresser and bookshelf.
