The New Beginnings Collection, is a series of houses, ranging from 1-3 bedroom, and going across the board from your basic bungalows, to holiday homes and villas. These are not the absolute in luxury living, but boast everything that is needed, and at other times quite a lot more too. In brief, these are the first or second homes your sims might buy, whether in the local neighbourhood, or abroad (not yet tested with Bon Voyage).

The sixth and final lot in this collection is the tropical villa, which is as close to luxury as any property in this collection comes for single sims or couples. This is a one bedroom villa, with the most predominant feature being the huge swimming pool at the rear. Inside it is spacious and cool, with the entire living area being open-plan.
