Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
I was browsing through some farm plans online when one caught my interest and convinced me to build a home reminiscent of a lot of the homes found downtown in my city. I'd always had a certain liking to them despite the shambles most of them are in, I'm guessing it's the history of them. Anyway, seeing as I'd never been inside one of those homes I used the houseplan to help build the interior but threw in my city's touches, hope you like it!



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: farm (I guess)
