32 Oakridge Drive - by request

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
mylesgifford123 posted on one of my lots he'd like a house built so I e-mailed him asking for the plans and upon looking at them I found them to be slightly similar to my lot 8 Oakridge Drive but I sill liked the craftsman look of the home and also there were differences. Not to mention, mylesgifford123 had said this was, in his opinion, his dream home. So I decided to build it and am really liking it as I seem to always do with my request lots..... Anyway, I hope you like it too!



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: craftsman

There's also a small basement because mylesgifford123 requested there be one and that caused an issue with the garage being only 7 tiles long so the driveway's been placed using moveobjects on but you can still place a car and use it without any cheats. Just be careful if you should move the driveway.
