This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath modern house on a beach lot. Comes furnished as shown. I had a house like this up a couple weeks ago, but I decided that it was too big so I reworked it into this.

*Exclusive to this lot: Includes half wall fan mesh and 3 recolors, see pic below..
