A luxury villa, dived into the green and white shy daisies carpet on which you can sit, chat, walk, run, play or even park your car! A very special living for families with 2-3 and even more children...!

Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen with island table, 2 bathrooms, a stone porch;
First floor: terrace, nursery, 2 kidrooms, 2 bathrooms, bedroom, study, hobbyroom (you can transform the study and/or the hobbyroom into another single bedroom);
Garden: callas, daisies and blossom trees, a high hedge all around; a large swimming pool in the left back precede a barbecue with the large square table for your Sunday friendly meetings; in the back you can play chess, watch at the stars, enjoy your swing, or gossip with your best friends under the shade of trees, while your children fuss and play nearby.

The interior is furnished with Maxis content except a few custom (build mode most); the exterior is both Maxis and custom built, and contains also a few custom objects (and the statues are posed like that not for mistake... )
I have uploaded 3 files:
1) custom content only -> you can open it with Sims2Pack Clean Installer and choose the ones you want if you don't want them all, but I suggest you to keep generally garden items not to lose impression: in particular I strongly recommmend to keep the DAISIES and the BLOSSOM TREE (or your garden will be cover with statues ); as for the house it's better to keep the SPIRAL STAIRS. In anycase, install the CC before the lot and take care you download from Marvine's the animation file for the stairs (find her link later).
NB The coat hook and the paintings you see in the shots are not included - please read later where to find them.
2 + 3) lot empty (I mean without CC): one is for any game, NL too; the other is for anygame from NL upwards: the only difference in the NL one is the driveway, as you can see from ingame shots --- I wanted so much to park the car on a daisies carpet

Tested and played with BaseGameStarter Pro 2.0 in several ways: basegame only, each EP alone and full game...
