Diamond Village: Lux Apartments

Another experiment with apartments, this time with underground level. It worked! No sims stuck somewhere starved to death
Four apartments and a common area splitted in three floors, from underground (with little windows) to first floor

Each apartments' rooms are built as follow:
-underground floor: dining/kitchen, restroom
-base floor: wide living room with chimney and study corner, restroom
-first floor: two bedrooms each accessing a private restroom, little hall with chess table

Common area's rooms are:
-underground floor: little gym and pool, public restrooms with shower
-base floor: hall with sofas and aquarium
-first floor: pool table, pinball machines, bar, snack machines, juke box, love seats
-little garden stripe all around the building


Rents are high (5.404-5421 simoleons): the price suggest room sharing and/or high-paid jobs.
