This country farm house and barn offers fine country living. In addition to the rambling house and barn, it features Clean air, a small pond, a bountiful garden. The barn is located so that, if one wishes, one can put in garage doors and keep the cars under cover. The pond is deep enough for fishing.
The 4x4 lot needs Night Life (garage/cars and lot format changes), pets (individualroofslopeangle), seasons (garden plots and many buymode items). It may need other expansion packs as well (it was built in a neighborhood with all packs through TeenStyleStuff).
