Your sims will be living the retro life when they move into this great looking 1950's split level ranch (fully furnished). The house has 4 plus bedrooms and 4 full baths.

The exterior of the house is charming with it's shuttered windows and bright red awnings. A pebbled stone path leads through mature landscaping from the driveway to the entry. From the entry a raised hearth and fireplace great you. The formal living room is to the left and the dining room is attached. From the dining room you can enter the kitchen and breakfast nook - a bath is also off the kitchen. From the kitchen enter the family room and den or office area. Once at the entry again, go down the split level stairs to find a large game room with bar area. Downstaris, there's also a guest bedroom and an exercise room (can be used as a bedroom) with acess to the backyard.

Upstairs are where the bedrooms are located. The master suite it's own full bath and a private balcony. The other two bedrooms are left unfirnished and each share a full bath.

The outside of the house is beautiful. The backyard has a sparkling pool and spa. Also, there's a covered BBQ area with seating. An orchard of fruit trees also makes up the backyard.
