This little cottage is perfect for a young couple just starting out together. There is a little garden, with a pond and trees for relaxing under. The house is fitted out for two, with room for a cot, should things go that way.
The house has an inviting frontage, with flowers and an inset doorway. The main room is spacious, with lounge and dining areas, and a door onto the covered patio. The kitchen is tiled, and there is a downstairs bathroom in the back hall. Upstairs is one large bedroom, with private bathroom and access to the balcony.
The house is strikingly finished in blue rendering with white details. The primary colour scheme has been carried through into the furnishings, with red and blue predominating, and just a bit of yellow.

Notes for Players:
Playtested for two days. New basic furnishings included.
This is the first built and rotated lot to be shared, to my knowledge. It has been rotated (after building) using SimPE. Although this process is believed to be perfectly stable, please do report on this thread if there are any issues in play.
For more information on rotating lots, check my tutorial here.
The attached pictures, apart from the usual floorplans and external shots, show the house both before rotation and during the process, while the portal markers are visible in their original positions. The balcony was enlarged after rotating, since there was space for it once the road was gone from that side. The rest of the house was complete before rotation.
Lot Size: 2x1
Lot Price: 15, 370
Additional Credits:

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
- For a full, complete guide to downloading complete with pictures and more information, see: Game Help: Downloading for Fracking Idiots.
