Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
So here's my second lot that I would use as a vacation home but you can easily make it a normal home for your sims and there's still enough space on the side of the house for a driveway and garage!



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 baths

- fully furnished (except for wall hangings and curtains as I never use them)

- style: traditional, vacation
