Is your spoiled Sim ready for college? This may be the dorm for you.

Highland House Dorm offers private rooms for six students. Each 2nd-floor room has a comfortable bed, a desk, and a dresser. A couple of the rooms have easels. There is a snack area nearby for late night munchies, and a co-ed bathroom with 3 toilet stalls and 4 showers.

On the main floor, you will find a fish tank set up in the large entry. On one side off the entry is the dining hall/kitchen and a small bathroom. Off the other side of the entry is a large living/study area where you will find tv, chess, a piano and a nook with 3 computers and a couple of bookcases. Double doors at the back of the living area lead out to a large porch, spacious back yard, and nearby garage.

Above the garage, you will find an exercise area. There is also a small seating area, a radio, a dart game and a juice bar. A car comes with the dorm.

The lot is landscaped and has many trees and bushes. You did say your Sim likes to garden, right? If not, you may want to hire a gardener or do some selective elimination. Trees, not Sims. Ha.
