The home is furnished, and the lot has some landscaping and mature trees. There is a lot of room for expansion. You could easily add a room or three upstairs for a growing family. There's also room on the lot for a driveway, and/or a pond or garden or play area for the kids.

A copy of this lot has been tested by a family of three for five days with no problems.
