This rural two-story home is built on a 3x2 lot. It has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs, and it has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bath on the first floor. It also has a large back porch. The home is furnished, and the lot has some landscaping and mature trees. There is a lot of room for expansion. You could easily add a room or three upstairs for a growing family. There's also room on the lot for a driveway, and/or a pond or garden or play area for the kids.

A copy of this lot has been tested by a family of three for five days with no problems.
