Big family? Need a spot to stick your green thumb Sim? Want to open a home business? Just need to get away from the city smog? This lot may be for you.

This is a rural lot with a house, outbuilding, greenhouse, apple orchard and pond. The large farmhouse has 4+ bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, entry, mudroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bonus rooms. The greenhouse has garden soil. The orchard has 12 apple trees. The pond has fish. The outbuilding is set up for a home business, but with some changes could be used as a shed or workshop or living space/rental unit. The lot has many trees to feed your compost bins. There's space for an extended driveway. There is also space for driveways in front of the business building. To keep the rural look, I would suggest using the invisible driveway.

I'm offering furnished ($109,991) and unfurnished ($75,446) versions. The unfurnished version comes with lights and phone.

I play tested a copy of this lot with a family of 4 for 8 days. My active elder Sim loved working in the orchard. He didn't get around to planting the greenhouse. I didn't try a business here yet.

This is a fairly large lot. If your computer usually lags on large lots, you may want to change the graphics settings.
