The seventh house in the series, the Torkington. This is a re-creaton of a house of a family friend, which he lives with his family (hence Family Homes).

A modern yet traditionally styled British suburban home, with 4 bedrooms is best for a normal average family.




All the houses in the series are of real houses I know - of friends and family. Since most, but not all, of the houses are in Britain, most of the homes will be British-style homes.The houses also will have no custom content whatsoever - or if I must, to a bare minimum.
Most houses that I release are partially furnished - just the necessities to get you started.

This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and contains one piece of custom content - a wood flooring found at Simply Styling. The Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo was also meant to be included but was unable to be found for some reason (and I suppose most of you would have it).

The car is not included - it is the 2008 Lexus RX400h by the venerable Fresh-Prince.
