I decided, after 3 years of downloading from this site, to crawl out of the depths and join the creators!
The first in my family homes series, the Avondale. This is actually my house which I live with my family (Hence 'Family Homes').
The house itself is a bit old - lived through World War 2 in fact - but still gives a sense of cosiness to your Sim family.



All the houses in the series are of real houses I know - of friends and family. Since most of the houses are in Britian, they will be British-style homes. The houses also will have no custom content whatsoever - or to a bare minimum if I have to.

I only used the Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo in this house, but it is not included as it is not a necessity.
Note - the kitchen floor is laminated wood instead, as the red tiles are custom content. See, i'm careful with custom content!
