The eighth home in the series, the Brookside. Just another house of an acquaintance and the family (hence Family Homes).

Another modern suburban home which are common in Britain. This is the first house not to include a garage since the...er, first house. A 4 bedroom house with an en-suite.



All the houses in the series are of real houses I know - of friends and family. Since most, but not all, of the houses are in Britain, most of the homes will be British-style homes.The houses also will have no custom content whatsoever - or if I must, to a bare minimum.
Most houses that I release are partially furnished - just the necessities to get you started.

This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and contains no custom content at all, not even a smidge of wall or floor. The The Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo was used, but was unable to be detected.

The car used in the shot is the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee by Fresh-Prince.
