Family Homes III - The Crabtree

The third home in my Family Homes series, the Crabtree. Again a creation of another friend's house in which he lives with his family (hence Family Homes).
The house is situated close to the countryside, so it is a spacious 3-bedroom house with a large garden. This house is best placed on a hill as the garden slopes downwards which will offer a stunning view of the rest of the neighbourhood (depending on where it is placed).



All the houses in the series are of real houses I know - of friends and family. Since most of the houses are in Britian, they will be British-style homes. The houses also will have no custom content whatsoever - or if I must, to a bare minimum.
Most houses that I release are partially furnished - just the necessities to get you started.

This lot has only one piece of custom content, a wood flooring by Simply Styling. The car is not included in the download - it is the 2007 Mazda Speed 3 by Fresh Prince.
The Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo is also not included, as it is not a necessity.
