The ninth home in the series, the Vernon. This is a house just down the road from mine - since I only been in it once, this is not an accurate re-creation.

A typical British home found in older parts of suburbs (i.e. built in the 60's and 70's), this is a decent home for a growing Sim family.




The policy of all my houses in the series is that they are of real houseplans, and also having been in them too - houses of friends and family. Since most, but not all, of the houses are in Britain, most of the homes will be British-style homes.
All houses will also be scanned with Clean Installer, and will have little custom content - five at the maximum.
Most houses that I release are partially furnished - just the necessities to get you started.

I revised on my policy and decided to include more "special" custom content in my homes (eg: windows and doors), as some of them were perfect to use rather than a Maxis one.
This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and contains one piece of custom content - a three-pane split window by Zookini. The Invisible Driveway by roddyaleixo wasn't able to be detected so I included it in the download instead.
