Detailed Description of the Rooms and the Custom Content Used in Each:

** Due to the already large file size, I have included a "non-furnsiehd" version of this house. Below are the furnishing used in the screenshots - most of which can be found here at MTS. **

Master Suite: The majority of the furnishings in this room were created by Nazariopilar. This room features her "People" Mesh Bedroom Set. Additional items, such as the chairs and loveseats are part of the Cannes Living Room Set by Chrissie. The paintings and rugs come from Sims2Play (**Not included in file due to Creator Policies**). The large tulip painting over the bed is also not included due to Creator Policies. You can find the recolor - and link to the mesh - in Grito's thread. The Spike Floor Lantern is by blake_boy.

Nursery: The set used to decorate the nursery is from Sims in Paris. (**Not included due to Creator Policies**)

Teenage Girl's Suite: This bedroom is decorated with the Chez Moi Set by phoenix_phaerie. The painting is from
Sims2Play. (**Not included due to Creator Policies**).

Girl's Bedroom: This room is also decorated with Nazariopilar's, The "Junior" Mesh Set, and features the "Anna" Recolor.

Boy's Bedroom: This room is decorated with the "Lolita" Bedroom Set. (**Not Included Due to Creator Policies**). The recolor is done by Nazariopilar. The additional decor in the boy's bedroom (Ratan Compartment Dresser, Skateboards and Surfboards) are by blake_boy.

Kitchen & Dining Room: These feature phoenix_phaerie's Tuscan Kitchen. The recolor used in the screenshots is also by phoenix_phaerie and is called "Magohany Elegance." (**Recolor not included, but can be found here).

Living & Great Room: As with the Master Suite, furnishings for these rooms comes from Chrissie's Cannes Living Room Set. (There are LOTS of recolors of this set available at Pimp-My-Sims.)

Landscaping: alex_stanton1983's "Washingtonia Robusta Palm Tree," xrax's "Mediterranean Cyprus", and khakidoo's "Birch Tree Shrubby" are all included. You can find additional recolors by khakidoo at MTS.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
