Happy New Year, Friends!

To bring you this house, I have teamed up with two of my favorite builders (and friends!) here at MTS: teril02 and larsson1970. The three of us are participating in a Builder's Challenge, where each of us chooses a plan for the other two builders to create. This was the plan teril02 chose for me.



It comes from Drummond Designs, and has many outstanding features. The first floor has three fireplaces - one in the formal living room, office, and family room. There are also two full-sized bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a large kitchen and formal dining area. On the second floor, you can find the master bedroom with its attached master bath, as well as three other good sized bedrooms which each feature their own private full bath. Other features include a two-storey family room and a two car garage.

Situated on a large lot, this house has a large backyard ready for your Sims to add-on a deck, pool, greenhouse, or garden (or all of the above!). The house also comes (unfurnished) and moderately priced!
