This little hobbit starter home is located two houses down from Sam Gamgee. It is the perfect home for your poor hobbits who are just starting out. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the bare necessities. If you have Seasons installed, The house is snug and weatherproof. There is even a little room in the backyard for planting a small garden.

P.S. The outer walls are built mostly of foundation, so you will need the "moveobjects on" cheat to place things on the walls. It is possible to add or delete inner walls if you want without any building cheats because of the way the hobbit home is built with a dummy level on the top.
