I had a few requests for a hospital for the base game only, so here it is. There are 2 versions, so you can either have a residential lot or a community lot. How you play it is up to you, but don't expect it to actually work as a real hospital in the game. It will work best as a set for movies or stories, unless you have OFB. If you do, you may be able to make a functional restaurant and/or gift shop work.

I tried to keep the CC to a minimum, but if you do a search on MTS2, you will find a lot of great things you can add to your hospital.
