The Modern Family Starter is an economical home for the growing family.I played it for two days to bring the price down, and renewed the furnishings for sale. I used stealth stairs (Carina Spotlight) to save floor space.

It comes with basic (Maxis) furniture, for a couple and one child. The ground floor has an open-plan living area, kitchen and toilet. There is a covered patio, which could be your first extension when more living space is wanted.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, a bathroom and an extra nook which could be a study corner, or be enclosed to make another bedroom.

The attic is big enough for a bedroom, too.


The last two screenshots show the house with the ground floor filled in, and used as kitchen and dining space.
